Mommy's 27th Birthday Celebration

I can't believe I just turned 27th! Time flies so fast...I can still remember my high school days, when I use to think of what I'm gonna be when I'm 25, and now is my 27th year!

My birthday was celebrated in my hometown with my family. Hubby and I went off to church in the morning and we had a sumptuous dinner at home made by mom.

My cake from Red Ribbon (cookies and cream)

Callos

 Spaghetti

The famous Mochi from Nathaniel's (it was featured in Kapuso mo Jessica Soho)
Maja Blanca (also from Nathaniel's)

Steamed Crabs (from my mom's kitchen)

Crispy Pata (from my mom's kitchen)

Pork Sisig (made by my brother Chinno)

It was indeed a very simple birthday celebration. Yet, another one was held in the office with my team. I got a surprise birthday cake from them, though I bought a simple lunch for the team.

They even asked  hubby to bring in the surprise cake for me. :)

Aglio Olio (I made this)

Shrimps

Boiled Crabs

The surprise cake (with a birthday card? lol)

They were too busy eating my treat. :)

Some of the birthday gifts I got:

From hubby and Yale: La Senza Lingerie, an iphone case, Mac sheer face powder and Mac Russian Red Lipstick

From Debbie, Paulo and Annela: A fresh water pearl bracelet (another addition to my collection)

Also, the day before my birthday...Hubby treated me for a relaxing whitening foot spa at Nail-a-holics in SM Pampanga
It was indeed a simple celebration but a very memorable one. With these three kiddos, I definitely enjoyed my day! :)

My baby boy, too tired from all the playing around with his cousins

Thanks for the time and thank you Lord for another year and for all the blessings! :) xoxo

Daddy's 29th Birthday

My husband had a simple celebration of his 29th birthday on August 15th. Since it was a rainy day and both I and Yale (our son) had colds, we postponed our planned lunch at Vikings Buffet restaurant in MOA.

I then asked him if he wants to have dinner but of course, we can't bring Yale with us. So then, we went to Rockwell and had dinner at Chilli's.

 Hubby (birthday boy)

This was a complimentary birthday ice cream

My bad, I wasn't able to take note of the entree that we ordered. But it was really a sumptuous meal. I also bought him a cake from Sugarhouse.

This cake tastes too sweet though

And of course, my birthday gift for him...Nike running shoes that we bought weeks (advance) before his birthday at the NLEX Factory Store.

So there, simple celebration and just the three of us. Another celebration took place on August 17th for lunch time with my brothers and sisters.

Up next will be my celebration. xoxo
